Here are some tips to follow:-
Lose any excess weight. Take regular exercise to improve blood circulation and carding fitness.
Wash regularly with soap at least twice daily. Dry skin and dust with talcum or anti fungal powder.
Some deodorants or anti perspirants make the BO worse so you vie to find
one that works for you. Baking soda, crushed ginger, straight lemon
juice may also be applied to the underarms.
Shave regularly as the armpits and genital area provides a breeding ground for bacteria.
Wear cotton underwear and avoid tight or synthetic clothing. Never wear
yesterdays clothing. Try getting rid of stanks by soaking clothes in
baking soda prior to washing. White vinegar on problem spots or a cup
added to the wash might also help.
Change in diet:- reduce intake of red meats, spicy foods, rich deserts
and ice creams are difficult to digest. Drink plenty of water to flush
out system. A cup of tomato juice drunk every morning for a week might
help and you may have to do that continuously. Green tea is also
advisable . You will benefit from a need of acidolphilus and digestive
enzymes. Charcoal capsules may help. Trying out or increasing your
intake of Magnesium has been thought to be very successful. Google

Side effects of certain medications may cause BO.
For excessive sweating, Botox injected into the skin near the armpit
can control the situation, removal of sweat glands from armpits or
destroying the nerves that control armpit sweating may be recommened.
